Refund Policy
Our 30-day money-back promise, how to ask for a refund and who pays it.
Effective date: 13 October 2026
1. General billing principles
FleetOne subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose, either monthly or annually. A free trial charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Payment only starts when you choose a paid plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used. Paddle's buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) also apply.
2. Our money-back promise
If FleetOne is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to monthly and annual plans.
When a refund is paid, the plan it covered ends and your workspace goes back to read-only access. Your saved records stay readable and you can still export them.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You can cancel at any time from Plan and usage in Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After the 30 days in section 2, we do not give prorated refunds for unused days in a monthly period after you cancel, unless the law requires it or one of the cases in section 5 applies.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
If an annual or monthly subscription renews and you did not mean to keep it, ask within 7 days of that renewal and we will refund the renewal charge in full.
5. When refunds will be issued
We will refund a charge in these cases: (a) your first payment, when you ask within 30 days; (b) a renewal you did not intend, when you ask within 7 days; (c) a duplicate charge, where you were charged twice for the same period; (d) a charge taken after you cancelled in time; (e) a confirmed fault on our side that stopped you using the service for a significant part of a billing period. If the amount is wrong for any other reason, tell us and we will put it right.
6. When refunds are generally not issued
We generally do not refund a charge in these cases: (a) you ask after the periods above; (b) you forgot to cancel and did not ask within the renewal window; (c) a third party used your account because a password was shared or not kept safe; (d) you disagree with a draft or answer the AI produced, since AI output is advice that you review before you rely on it; (e) your workspace was suspended for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy; (f) fees you paid directly to other companies, such as your own telematics, text message or accounting providers. The law may still give you a right in these cases, and we will always respect it.
7. Plan changes
Moving to a lower plan, or removing users, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the higher plan until then. We do not credit the price difference for the current period unless one of the cases in section 5 applies.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you think a charge is wrong or was not authorised, please write to billing@fleetone.pro before you start a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually fix the problem faster, and a chargeback can delay the refund. While a dispute is looked into we may limit your workspace to read-only access.
9. How refunds are paid
Paddle returns an approved refund to the payment method used for the purchase, in the currency you paid in. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a card, and your bank may take longer to show it. We are not responsible for exchange rate changes between the charge and the refund.
10. How to ask for a refund
Email billing@fleetone.pro within the periods above with your account email, workspace name, the date and amount of the charge, and your Paddle order number if you have it. You can also write to us from the Support page in the application, or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.
We reply within one business day and ask Paddle to pay an approved refund straight away. Most cases are settled within 5 business days. If a case is complicated we will tell you how it is going.
11. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that the law gives you, including any cooling-off or withdrawal right where you live. Where such a right applies, it takes priority over anything here that is less generous.
If you are in the EU or the European Economic Area, the Consumer Rights Directive gives consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service, unless you agreed to start the service at once and accepted that the right ends. Our 30 day promise is longer than that, so for most buyers it is the better right.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. A change applies to purchases made after it is published, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the application. The effective date is shown at the top of the page. Questions: billing@fleetone.pro.
